Return & Refund
Return Policy
we understand sometimes your dream product may not be like as you expected, hence you may require a return. We offer 7-days return period from the date of order received. Unfortunately, we will not entertain any return request after 7 days elapsed.
To be eligible for return-
- Item(s) must be in original condition.
- item must return along with original packing/box if any.
- Buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost incurred.
Refund Policy
We issue FULL REFUNDS including shipping fee, if paid any against manufacturing defect/damage.Refunds will be issued in original payment mode in the following cases:
- Incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The shipment went missing during transit.
- Against all kind of manufacturing defects.
Any damage/defect or issues mentioned above must be reported within 7 days from order received. No refund will be issued after 7 days of received the order. Please report any damage/defect (with evidence) using the following email: support@silicorrcase.com
Note: In case one or more items are missing from the order, a partial amount ( amounting to the value of missing item) will be refunded.
Following are cases when refund will not be given:
- An order is not eligible for return or refund if the Product(s) received match the ordered Product(s) and such Product(s)are not damaged or defective.
- We are responsible for an order until it has been delivered to the customer in full, with the exception of cases where the order could not be delivered due to the fault of the customer (e.g., an incorrect shipping address was provided, customer failed to accept the delivery etc.)
Cancellation Policy
Order can be cancelled till order status isn't "Processed". Compensation for cancellation of a processed order can be upto 50% of invoice amount. And so we advice to write to us before you cancel any order. You can send a email to support@silicorrcase.com
When my refund will be processed?
All refunds are processed within 2-4 working days from the date of approving the refund. We will notify you via emails/text once the refund processed mentioning the refund reference number. All refund will be done via original mode of payment. Please note that it may take further time to reflect amount in your bank/card statement, in that case we advice you to contact your bank or card issuer.
